Why is, contrary to popular medicinal science (you know, melatonin), that I feel most energetic after sundown?

Plus, again contrary to popular medicinal science (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-1166466鈥?/a> I get sick easily after a regiment of vigorous exercise? AGAIN, contrary to popular medicinal science (http://coldflu.about.com/od/cold/f/colda鈥?/a> I feel unwell (headache and runny nose) when I spent too long outside when its snowing, do I have shitty body that defies biochemistry and science???Why is, contrary to popular medicinal science (you know, melatonin), that I feel most energetic after sundown?
You sound very similar to me. I never feel great after exercise, usually due to the fact that I've spent most of my energy and generally feel "under par" until I get some good quality rest. Also, staying out in the cold has never ever treated me well and I'd say getting cold symptoms from being out in the snow too long as quite normal. Finally, I'm a night person and I can't stand the sunlight so naturally I feel way better at night than I do during the day. I don't think there's anything wrong with you at all. You just are the way you are and you shouldn't think there's something wrong with you just because popular medical science mumbo jumbo says"this is the way things should be for people". Hope this helps and Happy Holidays. =)Why is, contrary to popular medicinal science (you know, melatonin), that I feel most energetic after sundown?
