Is WebMD a science journal or not?

I am doing a science paper on Psoriasis and need three good respected science journals as sources. The others I looked at with no luck in actually describing Psoriasis were Scientific American, Discover, Popular Science, and National Geographic. Can you help me?

At what level are you studying?

Those titles are not really primary scientific journals. At school they will probably be ok, but at anything other than early University study they will be critically looked at. In that case things such as Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, The Lancet, Nature Medicine and Journal of Investigative Dermatology would be better journals.

"WebMD does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment."

It's at the bottom of the main page ... The first part about not giving medical advice would seem to me, on the surface, to mean that it's not so trustworthy as a citation source. I could be wrong, very wrong, but I have no experience with it.
