I have a science project and the title is What hair color is more popular... so i have this question on my paper and it is what are the materials for this project? i dont know what the materials would be i need help... for my project i was going to survey the color of people's hair.What Would the Materials Be in My Science Fair Project?
First a little advice...depending on what grade you're in, you may want to check your project idea with your teacher first. Some schools/teachers frown on the survey/consumer type questions for science projects because your not really designing and performing an experiment to find an answer; just digging up people's opinions.
Materials...This would be a list of things you would need to do the project. If your question was "Does all sand soak up water the same?" your possible materials would be: sand samples from different places, cups, water, stop watch, plastic plates, etc. They are the materials you use to find the answer to the question.
